  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • Membership is valid for one year.
    • The membership card and vouchers are fully transferable.
    • The membership card and voucher must always be presented to avail of the privileges.
    • Use of vouchers and membership discounts for rooms and dining must be reserved in advance by connecting with us:
    • Vouchers are non-expiry and strictly irreplaceable if damaged or lost.
    • Blackout dates apply. Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
    • Members must be at least 18 years old to join the program.
    • Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. There will be a Php 500 fee for card replacement.
    • Vouchers and membership discounts are not applicable with other offers, discounts and promotions.
    • In the purchase of goods and services, which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens. Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
    • Acacia Hotels reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership without liability at any time if fraudulent activity is suspected, including the sale of membership vouchers and discounts to third parties.


    Accommodation T&Cs:

    • Room bookings must be reserved 14 days in advance.
    • Room discount is valid for direct hotel bookings with a maximum of three (3) rooms per transaction.
    • The maximum number of guests in a room are two (2) adults and two (2) children below twelve (12) years old. 
    • The extra bed is Php 1,875 nett inclusive of buffet breakfast for one (1) person.
    • Standard check-in time is 3 PM while check-out is at 11 AM.
    • Cancellations must be done 48 hours before the intended date of stay.
    • In case of a no-show, the voucher will be automatically forfeited.



    Dining T&Cs:

    • Table reservation is highly encouraged.
    • Cancellations must be done 8 hours before the intended reservation.
    • In case of a no-show, the voucher will be automatically forfeited.
